WHO CAN ATTEND?

AusFitness Industry is exclusive to fitness professionals, including owners, managers, personal trainers, buyers and decision-makers from health, fitness and workout facilities of all types and sizes including chains and franchises, independents, councils, universities and pro sports.

DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE TRADE REGISTRATION?

Trade professionals associated with health, fitness and wellness facilities/businesses with a valid, verifiable ABN are welcome to register for AusFitness Industry for FREE* up to midnight 10 October 2024.

You will also get free entry to AusFitness Expo.

*Tickets are $50 on event days 11-12 October.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

If you work in the fitness industry, you will receive free entry up to midnight 10 October. Tickets increase to $50 on event days.

HOW DO I COLLECT MY TICKET?

Your e-ticket will be attached to your ticket confirmation email from LUP events, which you will receive immediately after registering online.

Please check your spam folder if you did not receive it.

If you lose your ticket, don’t worry. We will automatically send you a copy 48 hours before the event.

WILL I NEED TO BRING IDENTIFICATION WITH ME?

For trade day attendees, yes. Proof of industry involvement may be requested at the registration counters or the entrance and can include:

  • A business card in your name; or
  • Employee verification on company letterhead; or
  • Evidence of membership in a relevant professional or industry association.

For Media and Students, accreditation and Student ID are required.

HOW FAR IS THE CONVENTION CENTRE FROM THE AIRPORT?

ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre is 8 km from Sydney Airport, with an average drive time of around 25-minutes.

I'VE LOST MY TICKET/DIDN'T GET IT. CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?

Our ticketing partner is LUP, so please do a search for 'LUP' in your inbox. Alternatively, please check your spam folder as your tickets may have landed there.

We will also re-send all tickets two days prior to the event via email and SMS.

WHERE CAN I PARK AT THE EXHIBITION CENTRE?

ICC Sydney has two car parks located within the venue. There are a number of secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour – the closest is located at Harbourside Car Park, 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont.

DO YOU HAVE ANY HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS?

There are more than 40 hotels, from budget to luxury, within a ten-minute walk of ICC Sydney. For a full list of where to stay in and around the Darling Harbour precinct, visit the official ICC Sydney website.

DO I NEED A VISA FOR AUSTRALIA?

Most international visitors will require a Visa to enter Australia. Applications need to be made well in advance at the Australian Consulate in your own country or in some cases can be made online.

It is not our company’s policy to provide invitation letters to visitors wishing to attend our shows. For more information on applying for a Visa visit the Department of Immigration website.
