Thank you for your interest in attending AusFitness Expo or AusFitness Industry. Before you proceed to purchase tickets, we strongly recommend you review the following event ticketing terms and conditions:

In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you - the person who will buy/register the tickets for AusFitness Expo/Industry. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’, event’ and similar terms will indicate the organisers of AusFitness Expo and AusFitness Industry - National Media.
By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to AusFitness Expo or AusFitness Industry, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the event premises.

Please note that National Media reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions - without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organiser ( These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of AusFitness Expo/ AusFitness Industry tickets.

All visitors are required to register. The organisers will record your details in a secure database in order to produce a badge, generate statistics and to contact you via mail, email, SMS or social media with information about the event/s and future editions of the event/s.

The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access the Sydney International Centre 11-13 October 2024 (depending on the ticket type you purchase), when AusFitness Expo / AusFitness Industry is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attend AusFitness Expo / AusFitness Industry. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.
Kindly note that Lüp and Lüp Tickets act as the Event ticketing agency. Price of AusFitness Expo tickets are promoted as; Pre-show up to and including 10 October: AUD$30 (1-Day Adult), AUD$50 (2-Day Adult), AUD$20 (1-Day Child - 13-17yrs) and include GST. onsite tickets increase to AUD$35 (1-Day Adult), AUD$60 (2-Day Adult), AUD$20 (1-Day Child - 13-17yrs). Each ticket order will incur a processing fee of 2.5% for Visa, Mastercard and Amex. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.

Please note that the Event tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.

AusFitness Industry Tickets / Registration is promoted as: Free entry for fitness and health professionals only, including gym owners, managers, personal trainers, buyers and decision-makers from health, fitness and workout facilities of all types and sizes including chains and franchises, independents, councils, universities and pro sports.

For trade day attendees, proof of industry involvement may be requested at the registration counters or the entrance and can include:

  • A business card in your name; or
  • Employee verification on company letterhead; or
  • Evidence of membership in a relevant professional or industry association.

For Media and Students, accreditation and Student ID are required.

All free registration for trade, suppliers and students will increase to $50 on event days (11 & 12 October).

National Media has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the Event ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of National Media will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).

The Event reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute speakers and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity, should circumstances change.

The Event’s speakers and guests are subject to change or cancel without notice. All show features are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed and/or may require an additional fee.

The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as the Event starts on 11 October 2024. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.

Visitors agree they will not promote their products or services to exhibitors while attending the show. Visitors found in breach of this rule may be asked to leave the event immediately and be refused entry to future events.

If the Event is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, lockdowns, and the like. Once again, the decision of National Media will be considered final.

If the Event has to be rescheduled to other dates, you will be eligible for a refund. In case the event is fully cancelled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.

Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. National Media cannot be, in any way, held liable for that.

All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/refunds/cancellations. 
By purchasing the Event tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to National Media to collect certain information about yourself (name, email, gender, address, phone, etc.) for verification and storage.

You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims - full or in part - and all claims & entitlements related to it.
National Media does not take any responsibility to personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.

The Event and National Media follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorised drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behaviour/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at AusFitness Expo / AusFitness Industry and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.

Please note that you purchase AusFitness Expo / AusFitness Industry tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.

The right to admission is reserved and is subject to the seller’s and the venue’s terms and conditions.
Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced or machines read as invalid and used or are not purchased.

All entry tickets purchased online before midnight of the early bird closing will be charged at the discounted early bird rate. All entry tickets purchased after the early bird closes will be charged at the non-discounted full price rate, unless a speciality discount code is in promotion.

We reserve the right to change any event schedules without notification due to unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen Tickets/Badges.

In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.

The Events will only offer a refund or exchange of a badge if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event) or to the extent otherwise required by law.

Further to this

  • If the Events are cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased. Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange.
  • Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) the Event will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of the event, including travel and accommodation expenses.
  • You should carefully consider the refund and cancellation policies of travel, accommodation and other goods or service providers in the event of cancellation, rescheduling or relocation.
  • In most cases, refunds will be automatically processed to the credit card originally used for purchase.
  • The Events will take all necessary precautions for public health and follow national and local health guidelines, but tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged unless directly impacted in the above listed ways or in other ways applicable to our refund policy.
  • By purchasing a ticket to attend the Events, you agree to the terms and conditions of entry cited in this page.

Refund Policy

  • All transactions are final. No refunds are permitted, except where required by relevant legislation/regulations.
  • In the case of event cancellation, a full refund will be offered in-line with Australian consumer law. 
  • In the case of event postponement, your ticket will be transferred and valid for the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event a full refund will be offered.
  • Should a speaker or guest not appear at the event for any reason, tickets to the Events are non-refundable. 

Terms of entry
AusFitness Expo is a consumer event and open to the general public from 11-13 October 2024.
AusFitness Expo is predominantly an adult event although we do allow young visitors on-site. We ask that all children under the age of 18 follow our terms of entry policy.

  • Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 at all times while at the AusFitness Expo.
  • All children must have a valid child ticket to enter the event. Children aged 12 and under can enter for free but must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.
  • Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use any exercise equipment or participate in any fitness activities without the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.

The use of any hazardous equipment or materials is strictly prohibited for children, including but not limited to treadmills, weights, dumbbells, technology and sharp objects.

Parents or guardians are responsible for the behaviour of their children at all times. Any damage caused by a child will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian and may result in ejection from the event.

AusFitness Expo reserves the right to ask any child to leave the event if their behaviour is disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate. In such cases, the parent or guardian will also be asked to leave the event with the child.

By entering AusFitness Expo, children and their parents or guardians agree to abide by these terms of entry.
Under no circumstances are any children permitted into the exhibition halls during ‘move in’ and ‘move out’ of the Events. The organiser takes no responsibility for any accidents or injuries onsite.


AusFitness Industry Trade Show and Summit

AusFitness Industry Sydney is a trade-only business event. It is not open to the general public and is in a separate hall from the AusFitness Expo. Admission to AusFitness Industry Sydney is open to qualified attendees who are involved in the fitness and leisure industry, including senior executives, management teams, investors, owners, entrepreneurs, fitness and program directors, and exercise professionals including personal trainers, instructors and coaches. Persons not in these categories will not be admitted at any time. Proof of identification may be requested.

Trade - Under 18

Students enrolled in a relevant course at a tertiary level may attend the Industry show if they have the appropriate student identity card. As a business event, AusFitness Industry Sydney is not recommended for children and students under the age of 16. Babies and toddlers (aged 0-2) are permitted if they are in a pram or carrying device at all times. This applies to the children of both visitors and exhibitors. Under no circumstances are any children permitted into the exhibition halls during ‘move in’ and ‘move out’ of the show. The organiser takes no responsibility for any accidents or injuries onsite.

Competitions and Workouts 

Waiver of Liability

In consideration of your attendance and participation in AusFitness Expo and AusFitness Industry (herein called “AusFitness”), including but not limited to the fitness activities, competitions, activations and workouts (herein called “Activities”) held at AusFitness, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Attendance at AusFitness and participation in the Activities may expose you to risks of bodily or personal injury, including injury that may be fatal, that may not be caused by or arising from any action or negligence of AusFitness. You understand that: The dangers, hazards and inherent risks associated with the Activities to which I may be exposed include, for example, strains, sprains, broken bones, heat stroke, concussion and heart attack; and you may also be exposed to other risks which may or may not be foreseeable, and that even whilst AusFitness may have taken reasonable measures to reduce such risks, certain risks may still exist and cannot be entirely eliminated, collectively referred to as ‘Risks’. Your attendance at AusFitness and participation in Activities is entirely voluntary and you expressly assume and accept all risks associated. You also acknowledge that you have been advised to discuss the risks of participation in the Activities with your healthcare professional.

You expressly assume all risks and responsibility for any damages, liabilities, losses or expense which incur as a result or in connection with your entry into AusFitness and/or participation in the Activities. You represent and warrant to AusFitness that: you are in good health; and not aware of, and/or have no reason to believe that you have or are suffering from any medical condition (including any infectious disease or other ailments) that could affect you or any party’s safe attendance at AusFitness and/or participation in the Activities; you are physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in the Activities; you may be liable to another participant for any injury or damage that you may cause (whether intentionally or otherwise) to them in the course of my participation in the Activities; and you shall comply with any and all terms, conditions, guidelines, rules and/or instructions pertaining to your attendance at AusFitness and/or your participation in the Activities. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives and your heirs, you hereby waive, release, discharge and covenant not to sue or claim against AusFitness, its affiliates, the relevant venue owner(s) and/or operator(s) and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, agents and servants (collectively, the “AusFitness Parties”) for any and all liabilities, claims, demands, losses or damages of whatsoever nature, howsoever caused including but not limited to negligence and based on any theory of law (“Losses”) arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Activities.

You further agree to fully indemnify, keep indemnified and hold harmless the AusFitness Parties from any and all Losses resulting from any act or omission by you in connection with or in association with the Activities, which amounts to a breach or violation of any AusFitness policy or rule or which is otherwise unlawful.
In the event of any accident, emergency or any other health or safety exigencies, you consent to the administration of any assistance or services (including medical assistance and first-aid services) that AusFitness Parties deem necessary. Any such assistance or services rendered by the AusFitness Parties shall not be taken to be an admission of liability. You further consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data (including without limitation my medical or health information) by the AusFitness Parties and any such medical treatment and/or service providers in connection with the rendering of treatment and/or services in accordance with the foregoing. For the avoidance of doubt, you acknowledge and agree that this consent supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents that you may have previously provided to any AusFitness Parties in connection with any collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data, and any consents that you have provided herein are cumulative and in addition to any rights which the AusFitness Parties may have under applicable law to collect, use and/or disclose your personal data.

Participants must not engage in any behaviour that could be considered dangerous or inappropriate, such as aggressive behaviour towards other participants or judges, use of illegal substances, or any behaviour that could damage the competition and workout area or equipment.

AusFitness Expo reserves the right to disqualify or eject from the event any participant who fails to comply with these terms of entry or who engages in any behaviour deemed to be unsafe, inappropriate or unfair.

By participating in a competition or workout, you agree to abide by these terms of entry. The organiser takes no responsibility for any accidents or injuries onsite.
To protect the privacy and confidentiality of exhibitors and their products, no video or still photography from digital cameras or mobile phones is permitted.

By registering to attend the Events or any associated event, you automatically consent to the Organiser using event photography and video in which you may appear for future marketing.
Please note that smoking or vaping is not permitted inside either venue.
