HOW DO I COLLECT MY TICKET?

Your e-ticket will be attached to your ticket confirmation email from LUP events, which you will receive immediately after registering online.

Please check your spam folder if you did not receive it.

If you lose your ticket, don’t worry. We will automatically send you a copy 48 hours before the event.

WHERE CAN I PARK AT THE EXHIBITION CENTRE?

ICC Sydney has two car parks located within the venue. There are a number of secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour – the closest is located at Harbourside Car Park, 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont.

DO YOU HAVE ANY HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS?

There are more than 40 hotels, from budget to luxury, within a ten-minute walk of ICC Sydney. For a full list of where to stay in and around the Darling Harbour precinct, visit the official ICC Sydney website.

HOW FAR IS THE CONVENTION CENTRE FROM THE AIRPORT?

ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre is 8 km from Sydney Airport, with an average drive time of around 25-minutes.

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET IF I'M COMPETING?

No, you don't need to purchase a ticket if you're competing in one of the activations. The association you're competing with will organise your entry to the Expo.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO THE EXPO?

Yes, kids under 12y old receive free entry.
For children aged 13-17, we offer a special ticket price, found on our ticketing page.

I'VE LOST MY TICKET/DIDN'T GET IT. CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?

Our ticketing partner is LUP, so please do a search for 'LUP' in your inbox. Alternatively, please check your spam folder as your tickets may have landed there.

We will also re-send all tickets two days prior to the event via email and SMS.

CASHLESS SHOW DAY SHOPPING

Our exhibitors cannot accept cash for purchases at the expo. Please bring a card!

THE WEBSITE LETS ME BUY 1-DAY TICKET BUT IT DOESN’T SPECIFY THE DATE ON IT.

The 1-Day ticket will give you access to either day. You can choose which day you'd like to attend.

Friday is a separate ticket, as we are offering a special discount weekday ticket price. Beat the crowds and come and shop all the best deals before everyone else!
