Who can attend?
AusFitness Industry is exclusive to fitness professionals, including owners, managers, personal trainers, buyers and decision-makers from health, fitness and workout facilities of all types and sizes including chains and franchises, independents, councils, universities and pro sports.
Do I qualify for trade registration?
Trade professionals associated with health, fitness, exercise and wellness facilities/businesses with a valid, verifiable ABN are welcome to attend AusFitness Industry.
You will also get free entry to the public AusFitness Expo.
Will I need to bring ID with me?
For trade attendees, yes. Proof of industry involvement may be requested at the registration counters or the entrance and can include:
- A business card or company email address in your name; or
- Employee verification on company letterhead; or
- Evidence of membership in a relevant professional or industry association; or
- A payslip
For Media and Students, accreditation and Student ID are required.
How much does it cost?
Tickets are free for trade professionals if registered before 10 September. Tickets are $50 on show days (11 & 12 Sept).
How do I collect my ticket?
Your e-ticket will be attached to your ticket confirmation email from LUP events, which you will receive immediately after registering online.
Please check your spam folder if you did not receive it.
If you lose your ticket, don’t worry. We will automatically send you a copy 48 hours before the event.
For other ticketing inquiries, please visit our Request Help form for further assistance.
I've lost my ticket. Can I get a replacement?
Please do a search for our ticketing partner ‘LUP’ in your inbox. Alternatively, please check your spam folder as your tickets may have landed there.
You can also have your tickets re-sent to the same email address on your order by completing this form.
We will also re-send all tickets two days prior to the event via email and SMS.

How far is the Exhibition Centre from the airport?
ICC Sydney is 8 km from Sydney Airport, with an average drive time of around 25-minutes.
Where can I park at the Exhibition centre?
ICC Sydney has two car parks located within the venue. There are a number of secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour – the closest is located at Harbourside Car Park, 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont.
Do I need a Visa for Australia?
Most international visitors will require a Visa to enter Australia. Applications need to be made well in advance at the Australian Consulate in your own country or in some cases can be made online.
It is not our company’s policy to provide invitation letters to visitors wishing to attend our shows. For more information on applying for a Visa visit the Department of Immigration website.
