Tony de Leede has been involved in fitness and wellness for over 40 years. He has started, built and sold many fitness and wellness businesses, primarily in the US and Australia, including founding Fitness First Australia. His current focus is mainly in the evolution of the wellness industry in its many forms. He owns Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat in Queensland, Komune Resort in Bali and will open EcoView Retreat in Queensland this year. Tony has recently launched Wello Works, a community and co-working wellness centre that he believes will be part of the evolution of combining these areas in suburban locations. In late 2024, Tony was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by Beyond Activ in recognition of his many achievements in the world of fitness and wellness.
