Nathan Ruff

Nathan Ruff is the founder of Hoozu, one of Australia’s leading influencer marketing agencies, launched in 2015. Hoozu delivers always-on, creator-led campaigns, content production, and ambassador programs for major brands including Bunnings, AFL, Marley Spoon, Supercheap Auto, Freedom Furniture, and Chemist Warehouse. The agency takes a social-first approach ‘ pairing data-driven strategy with authentic creator storytelling to drive results across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Nathan led the acquisition of top influencer agency The Remarkables Group in 2021, and in 2024 acquired leading talent agency 26 Talent, now relaunched as Huume ‘ Hoozu’s dedicated talent and creator division. In 2023, Hoozu was acquired by Nasdaq-listed IZEA Worldwide, before being acquired again in 2025 by Launchd ‘ an Australian sports and talent technology company ‘ where Nathan continues to lead the creator economy businesses. With more than two decades in media, content, and brand building, Nathan is a passionate believer in the power of creators to build trust, shape culture, and drive measurable impact for brands.
