Edwina (Eddy) Griffin has a 30-year career in fitness, health, and wellbeing, beginning with her pioneering Fitwomen centre in 1995 for 18 years that included Fitwomen, Strong women and Fitmum programs and trainer accreditation. Eddy expanded into national operations roles across fitness, construction and allied health in national and international franchise groups.. She has delivered community health programs for government, trained allied health professionals in not-for-profit organisations, and contributed strategically to sport and recreation planning, while serving on AusActive councils and as a Board Member. Today, Eddy combines her expertise in physical, mental, and emotional fitness through healing retreats, workplace mediation, leadership training, and executive coaching. She has recently launched QiActivate programs for the fitness industry and is Founder and CEO of AtOne, a virtual reality platform supporting stress reduction, mental fitness, and high performance.</p>
