AusFitness Expo and AusFitness Industry are where Australia’s fitness community comes together – from fitness enthusiasts and athletes to fitpros, business owners and leading brands.

AusFitness Expo runs in both Melbourne and Sydney and is open to everyone who loves fitness.

AusFitness Industry only runs once a year in Sydney and is our dedicated trade show for fitness professionals shaping the business of fitness.

Who can attend?

AusFitness Expo is open to the public, and brings together fitness enthusiasts, weekend warriors, gym rats and anyone interested in active-health, nutrition and fitness, for the biggest festival of fitness in the southern hemisphere!

AusFitness Industry is open to professionals who work or own a business within the exercise and active health industry, as well as those responsible for purchasing fitness equipment, products and services for a gym, fitness centre or leisure facility.

How much are visitor entry tickets?

AusFitness Expo:

EARLY BIRD SALE (limited time only) 1-Day Adult – $20 2-Day Adult – $35 1-Day Child (13-17y) – $20

BOOK ONLINE TO GET PRE-SHOW PRICES: 1-Day Adult – $30 2-Day Adult – $50 1-Day Child (13-17y) – $20

SHOW DAY TICKET PRICES (Purchased on show days): 1-Day Adult – $35 2-Day Adult – $60 1-Day Child (13-17y) – $25

Be sure to purchase your tickets early in case the event sells out. Children 12 and under receive free entry. The venue will not be accepting cash payments.

AusFitness Industry: Entry is free for fitness professionals pre-show. Tickets are $50 on show days.

How do I collect my ticket?

Your e-ticket will be attached to your ticket confirmation email from LUP events, which you will receive immediately after registering online.

Please check your spam folder if you did not receive it.

If you lose your ticket, don’t worry. We will automatically send you a copy 48 hours before the event.

For other ticketing inquiries, please visit our Request Help form for further assistance.

I've lost my ticket. Can I get a replacement?

Please do a search for our ticketing partner ‘LUP’ in your inbox. Alternatively, please check your spam folder as your tickets may have landed there.

You can also have your tickets re-sent to the same email address on your order by completing this form.

We will also re-send all tickets two days prior to the event via email and SMS.

I bought a 1-day ticket, what day can I come?

The 1-Day ticket will give you access to either Saturday OR Sunday – just show up on the day you want, no pre-booking required!

Do you accept companion cards?

Yes! A complimentary ticket will be given to the companion of a paying customer when a valid companion card is presented.

Please show your companion card at the registration desk on the event day to receive your ticket.

Do I need to purchase a ticket if I'm competing?

No, you don’t need to purchase a ticket if you’re competing in one of the activations. The association you’re competing with will organise your entry to the Expo.

Will I need to bring identification with me to enter AusFitness Industry Trade Show & Summitt?

Yes. Proof of industry involvement may be requested at the registration counters or the entrance.

You may be required to present necessary trade credentials (listed below):

• Business Registration Certificate • ABN registration form/certificate • ABN printed on a company letterhead or business card • Letter on company letterhead confirming your employment by the owner/director • Business Card

Can I bring my children to the event?

AusFitness Expo: Yes, kids 12 and under receive free entry. For children aged 13-17, we offer a special ticket price, found on our ticketing page.

Do I need to pre-register for seminars?

No need to pre-register – all seminars and sessions on the show floor are included with your ticket. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early to secure your spot. The Aged Care Catering Summit requires a separate ticket.

What is the dress code?

Dress attire to the event is Business or Smart Casual with appropriate footwear. No thongs allowed

How far is the Exhibition centre from the airport?

MCEC Melbourne is 22 km from Melbourne Airport, with an average drive time of around 25-minutes.

ICC Sydney  is 8 km from Sydney Airport, with an average drive time of around 25-minutes.

Where can I park at the Exhibition Centre?

MCEC Melbourne has an abundance of convenient secure car parking available in the surrounding areas. Nearby options include the South Wharf Retail, Siddeley St, Freeway and Montague Street car parks. To park on-site, Wilson Parking operates a secure underground car park at MCEC that offers a range of flexible rates. Book online before you visit to ensure you’re guaranteed a great spot.

ICC Sydney has two car parks located within the venue. There are a number of secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour – the closest is located at Harbourside Car Park, 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont.

Do I need a visa for Australia?

Most international visitors will require a Visa to enter Australia. Applications need to be made well in advance at the Australian Consulate in your own country or in some cases can be made online. It is not our company’s policy to provide invitation letters to visitors wishing to attend our shows. For more information on applying for a Visa visit the Department of Immigration website.
