Scott Hunt founded Fitness Enhancement Personal Training in 1999 as a teenager with just $400 and a passion for helping people who didn’t have the ability to attend a regular gym. He opened his first 100% private PT studio in 2003. By 2009 they had grown to become Australia’s largest mobile PT company. In 2013 the company franchised and went national. 2018 saw the commencement of NDIS registration, which eventually became the Fit Your Ability brand, Australia’s largest NDIS registered fitness company. Today they have personal trainers and disability support workers servicing over 4,000 suburbs across twelve cities, but at its heart it’s still a family owned business supporting other local family owned businesses to make fitness accessible. Recent awards include AUSactive 2022 Employer of Choice and AUSactive 2023 Franchise Brand of the Year.
