Scott started EMF in 2010, moving into his first facility in 2013, and has since grown the business from its inception, achieving remarkable organic growth, successfully creating a product that covers every fitness level and training outcome. EMF now spans across 2 States (QLD and NSW), with 25 sites and another 3 to opened in 2024. Being that the EMF model is not franchised, it allows each facility to have its own concept that is carefully designed by Scott with the local customer of that area at the forefront. He is focused on ensuring each facility caters not only to the current market trends but maintains dominance within the industry to bring an elite experience through top-of-the-line equipment and premium builds, ensuring our clients have the best possible training and recovery experience. With 4 more sites planned for 2026 and a further 4 in 2027 there is continual year on year growth in the pipeline. Scott currently employs over 400 staff and contractors whilst turning over 78mil in gross revenue a year.
