Entering his 11th year with the brand, Sam Wiltshire is the National Operations Manager for Snap Fitness Australia. Sam kicked off his health and fitness career in the UK, managing public leisure centres and private health clubs such as David Lloyd Leisure on England’s South Coast prior to making the big move to Australia. Sam is a hands-on operational leader with a passion for bringing the best out of people. Sam has built a track record of building operational playbooks, frameworks, and processes that both standardise process but leave room for future growth and development.
