Nadine is a highly respected leader in the aquatics, recreation, fitness and community services sectors, with more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale operations, developing people, and driving positive community outcomes. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles across commercial health clubs, local government facilities, and YMCA- managed recreation and aquatic centres, building a reputation for operational excellence, strong partnerships, and leadership development.

As General Manager of Recreation at YMCA Victoria, Nadine a large and diverse portfolio, with more than 64 facilities managed under contract with local governments across Victoria, as well as two landmark state-owned facilities in South Australia – the Adelaide Aquatic Centre and the South Australian Aquatic and Leisure Centre.

A passionate advocate for the industry, Nadine regularly shares her expertise at conferences, forums and industry events. She is committed to developing current and future leaders and is recognised for her collaborative approach and strategic thinking.
