Mairi Thompson is the founder of Body Mind Bones, a Menopause Exercise Specialist, Sport & Exercise Scientist, Educator, Speaker and Clinical Soft Tissue Therapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She lectures for FIT College on menopause fitness adaptations and has educated hundreds of fitness and Pilates professionals through her evidence-based training in menopause, strength, bone health and musculoskeletal care.
A former Australian Olympic Medical Team representative, Mairi draws on more than 20 years of clinical experience and the latest evidence to translate complex science into practical strategies that fitness professionals can confidently apply.
She works with fitness businesses across Australia and internationally, helping them support the growing population of women in midlife while adapting to emerging health trends, including GLP-1 weight loss medications. Her mission is to improve long-term health, performance and longevity through evidence-based education.
