Lee Hanrahan is General Manager – Retail at Viva Leisure Group, overseeing vending, supplements and retail operations across the group’s fitness and retail brands. He is also Founder and Managing Director of Gorilla X Labs and The Gummy Co.

Lee’s fitness industry career spans retail, product and business ownership. He previously founded and led Pulse Merchandise Solutions, Australia’s number one supplier of apparel and merchandise to leading global gym, health and nutrition brands, before a successful exit. A serial entrepreneur, Lee has built and exited multiple businesses, with hands-on experience designing and opening retail spaces.

With 25+ years sourcing from China, Lee has built an extensive global network and strong international sourcing capabilities. Known for building lasting industry relationships, he brings deep expertise in revenue growth, sales and marketing strategy for gyms and supplement retailers. Based on the Gold Coast, Lee is passionate about helping operators build smarter, more profitable fitness businesses.
