With a lifelong passion for fitness and wellness, Joey Toutounji affectionately known as Feel Good Joey has built a dynamic career inspiring others to live well, think positively and confidently share their message. Joey began her journey as a passionate advocate for health and wellbeing, using her platform to promote positive living throughout communities across Australia and beyond. She created and hosted her own show, Feel Good TV, which aired on Foxtel and online, delivering uplifting, empowering content to a wide audience.
In 2008, Joey co-authored her first book with her husband Richard, a health-focused publication dedicated to help combat childhood obesity. The book received widespread media attention, with features on A Current Affair, Channel 10 News, The Today Show, Alan Jones’ Breakfast Radio, Sydney Morning Herald, New Idea, and Ninemsn.
Her commitment to spreading the message of healthy living began even earlier with the launch of her business Kids4Life, a high-energy Aussie kids rock band that educated and entertained children through live shows, a CD and DVD, reaching thousands of families through Australia and New Zealand.
Joey has had a strong on-stage presence across various events, including hosting the recent 2025 Healthy Ageing Summit in an MC role and presenting at numerous COM Summit events. Today, through her business COM Marketing, Joey empowers fitness studio and wellness business owners to master their marketing, build confidence and grow their businesses. With a mission to help fitness businesses connect with their communities, gain clarity in their messaging, and become true “Marketing Ninjas,” Joey believes that as businesses thrive, so too do their communities creating a ripple
