Driven by people, purpose and process, Dain Moreton is Revo Fitness’s Chief Operating Officer. Since joining Revo in 2015, Dain has seen it all – working alongside founder Andrew to keep the wheels turning and the big ideas moving. As COO, Dain oversees the company’s operational performance and continuous improvement, collaborating with the executive team to set Revo’s strategic direction and deliver on key business goals. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from UWA, he brings a problem-solving mindset and data-driven approach to everything he does. He finds clarity in the grey and keeps Revo’s engine room running strong. 

Over the years, he’s led major initiatives including the Revo App, Level Two offering, platform integrations, and key acquisitions such as Crunch and City Fitness. In 2026, Dain was named the CEO of the Revo Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Revo Fitness which aims to back the people and programs that are building a healthier, stronger and more connected Australia, so they make the most impact. What drives Dain most is seeing people grow – he loves watching team members step into their own and thrives on solving tough challenges with great people, all while having a good time along the way.
