With over 30 years Industry experience, Kristen Green is the co founder and General Manager of Aquafit Health Fitness Wellbeing located in South West Sydney. Kristen is a highly regarded thought leader, accomplished presenter and a regular contributor to industry journals and magazines. Kristen was the first Australian recipient of the prestigious IHRSA Woman Leader Award in 2018. In 2020, Kristen was awarded the Club Manager of the Year at the Australian Fitness Awards, and in 2021 inducted into the AUSactive Industry Roll of Honour. Kristen’s holds an MBA (Distinction) and BSpSc (Exercise Science).
