Ben Fletcher is the Founder and CEO of National Fitness Brand Listen To Your Body. Ben started his career in 2001 as a Personal Trainer out of a 6000+ member gym in Ascot Vale, Victoria. Within a few short years, Ben employed close to 20 trainers who serviced 400+ 1 on 1 Clients a week. In 2008, Ben launched his first studio in Strathmore, Victoria which was the test pilot for the future Franchise model. In his 22 year Fitness Industry career to date, he has conducted over 500,000 workouts, signed up tens of thousands of members, employed over 150 staff, overseen $50,000,000+ in membership sales and helped close to 20 Franchisees open and run LTYB Studios. As of today, Ben is leading the LTYB Growth strategy.
