11:30 - How to run calisthenics meetups and similar activations within local parks.
13:30 - Skill workshop demonstrations(breakdown of various calisthenics skills)

Saturday: National Freestyle Competition
10:30 - Athletes arrive and warmup
11:00 - Announcements of competition & draw for format of battles

Endurance super sets.
These include 10 Muscle Ups, 10 Straight Bar Dips, and 10 Pullups - in the fastest amount of time.
